At Peko, we strive to provide seamless access to both Peko’s in-house services and those offered by third-party service providers through our platform. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations, specifying the respective responsibilities of Peko, third-party service providers, and customers.
SERVICE PROVISION
Peko Platform connects users with a variety of services provided by both Peko and third-party service providers. While Peko facilitates the connection and manages the payment process, the actual delivery and execution of services are handled directly by the third-party service providers. Consequently, the refund and cancellation processes for third-party services are governed by the policies of the respective third-party service providers.
Third-party service providers (“providers”) are independent companies or individuals who offer services through the Peko Platform. These providers are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Peko but operate under their own business terms and policies. Peko acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the connection between you and these providers but is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfilment of their services.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the providers.
REFUND REQUESTS
You may contact us for assistance relating to refund and cancellation and these requests will be directed to the providers. Once a refund is approved by the provider, it will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase.
We do not guarantee any refunds unless explicitly mentioned by the provider.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of services must adhere to the provider's specific terms.
Our platform does not charge additional fees for cancellations, but providers may have their own charges or penalties for cancellations.
If you cancel a service that is eligible for a refund under the provider’s policy, we will assist in coordinating the refund process but are not responsible for the refund itself.
PROCESSING TIMES
Refund processing times can vary depending on the provider’s internal policies and your bank or payment method.
- Standard Processing Time: Refunds generally take 10-15 business days once approved by the provider.
- Updates: Peko will notify you of the status of your refund once it is initiated, but delays caused by banks or payment processors are beyond Peko’s control.
NO PLATFORM LIABILITY
Peko serves as a facilitator and payment processor but does not assume responsibility for refunds, cancellations, or the quality of services provided by the providers.
- Disputes: Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations should be resolved directly between you and the provider. Peko will offer assistance in facilitating communication but is not liable for outcomes.
- Non-Refundable Transactions: In cases where the provider has clearly marked a service as non-refundable, Peko is not responsible for any refund disputes or discrepancies.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Certain services may be non-refundable depending on the type of services availed. These services will be clearly indicated at the time of booking or purchase.

While Peko does not control the refund and cancellation processes of the providers, our customer support team is available to assist with any issues or queries you may have.
